This year was my first time using Xpress Tax and Accounting and to say that I was simply pleased, is an understatement. Luis was kind, very professional and obviously a Subject Matter Expert. I used their services back in 2019 for a simple tax return preparation. Time passed and I would never get the refund amount I was eligible for. I contacted the Beltsville MD office to inform them about this issue and ask for some guidance and intervention from their side. After months of long back-and-forth of emails, they concluded they couldn't help me claiming they were not the ones 'paying these refunds'. Then I contacted the Tax Payer Advocate to finally find out that Xpress Tax & Accounting never mailed my paperwork and therefore no registration had been done so far and the refund was never claimed to the IRS. Great. Not only did I never get back the $150 I paid for this deficient service, but once I informed them that I would get legal help and publish some reviews about the lack of post-sale services and insufficient customer care they perform, all I got from them was a greatly insensitive and unsympathetic "thanks". THANKS in return

I just left Xpress Tax & Accounting and had the BEST TAX EXPERIENCE working with LUIS. He is A.W.E.S.O.M.E. He is extremely professional and has a great personality. He provides a wealth of information and explains all of the processes in detail. I had to file past returns with him and my anxiety was very high. He calmed down my fears and was able to assist me in the greatest way possible. I HIGHLY recommend LUIS, he is beyond GREAT!!! He offers Supreme Service. You will have ABSOLUTELY no regrets working with him. THANK YOU LUIS !!!!!!!!
