Will have to contact the white cap hq. I believe the people in this branch are in violation of their own return policy. They think they are not responsible for the faulty tools they sell. It doesn't matter if it is the first day or not. Disappointing.

Worst experience. Bald white guy and Hispanic looking cashier guy are very rude. Don't go that place!
