    Tori did an amazing job with Oscar for his first haircut! I kept asking, is this my dog." He looked absolutely gorgeous! His hair was very long before the cut, and she gave him a perfect, short groomed look. We'll be back! Thanks Tori!

    I am all for supporting a small business, but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. We are a military family and recently relocated to the area. My fur baby needed her two month grooming. She’s get a weekly bath and we have never had any issue at home or with getting her groomed. I initially made my appointment online after I googled groomers in my area. I found this one, less than 3 miles from my home. I booked about two months out. I saw the documentation requirements which are pretty standard. I sent them right after booking the appointment. I followed with an email to verify appointment time and date. I got no response, red flag number one. About a week before the appointment I tried calling and emailing to once again verify appointment and I asked about documentation. They stated they hadn’t received any of my emails or text. I sent a second text to the phone number on the site, however I quickly discovered the android or whatever type of phone could not receive multimedia messages. Frustrated, I attempted again from my work email which worked. The day before I asked if I could drop my 13 year old, 7lb dog off 30 mins prior and I was quickly met with if you can’t make the appointment, then reschedule. This was red flag number 2. I was told I could only drop the dog off 15 mins prior or my appointment would be canceled. I only asked because I have a child who was playing in a basketball tournament , 3 miles from the groomers that I wanted to attend. Nonetheless I dropped the dog off, less than 30 mins later I was told my yorkie was too aggressive and needed to be picked up. I asked questions which were not answered. I was immediately told, it’s $50 for the bath and we can’t groom her. Red flag number three. Keep in mind there was no call just a bunch of aggressive text messages followed by a PayPal notification, more or less holding my dog hostage. Followed by another message that if you don’t get here in an hour, we are going to charge you an additional $15. Let’s start with, I don’t use PayPal. Most respectable groomers have a credit card machine or a swipe. Who carries cash. I was sitting in front of the house with no reception on my cellphone trying to set up a PayPal account while I was berated with aggressive text. You can’t go in and they don’t answer calls. Once I paid the bill, I texted to say I paid, and the young lady started to walk out the house carrying my happy dog while a man lurked from the door, watching I assume to intimidate me. I don’t have time for drama but if I’m paying you first service I expect mediocre customer service and open communication. I have never had a worse experience than what I experienced with Tori and her husband. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Communication is terrible and they are super unprofessional. I’ve never had this issue with any other groomers. Save yourself the money and the headache.

    Took my rambunctious 5 month old puppy to Tori for his first real groom and had a great experience! He had had a mini-groom at his vet a few months ago and didn't have a great experience - he was super anxious and kind of depressed when we picked him up. Plus he smelled like a kennel. The experience with Tori was totally different! He seemed his regular happy self! Plus he looked amazing!! Super soft, combed through, smelled like a cupcake, still had his cute puppy look. We are thrilled with how it all turned out! We love the 1:1 personalized experience and will definitely be returning! We hope that Tori can be Franklin's regular groomer from here on out. Definitely recommend!

    Brought my dog here on 2/26 and asked them to shave down the matting on my dog’s ears and cut down his body NOT TOO short because it’s not yet warm outside. The groomer ended up nicking a skin tag on him that has since caused me $800 in vet bills. He had to have it removed because it was so irritated. Have not even received ANY response from the owner of the groomer salon, nor have I received a refund for the $80 groom that caused my dog all this pain or suffering. I will keep posting about this until the situation is rectified. If you care about the safety of your dog, please don’t send them here. Re: Owner’s Response I expressed happiness at his groom before I noticed how short he was cut in the back. And I have written confirmation from his vet that there was a cut present at the site, causing the irritation. I am happy to provide evidence. It did not to be bleeding to be there. We will be following up on this claim.

    My babygirl Cai’ has been going here for well over a year since she was 20 weeks and they provide outstanding service and care to my playful pup.. Tori and Jeff are truly one of a kind and they treat my fur baby like one of there own.. Keep up the great work guys ❤️
