If you're looking for a hype person that loves what she does along with the money. Courtney has a nice personality,clean facility. I'm just not happy with the results of my face after receiving chemical peel, then I went back for the red light because my face was irritated etc. Don't remember name. But I feel like it made it worse. My face is worse than when I went in.. it's two-tone, splotchy.just a mess. I'm not here to bash,blame or lie. Just speaking the truth, honest review. Just think my skin couldn't take all the different products and treatments that were used. I'm getting married this month. Lord let the makeup artist have amazing makeup to cover up and blend. 😁🙆🏾 I'll worry about the dermatologist later, I don't have time for guessing what to use.. If anyone truly have advice .. no games please.. I have sensitive skin. I'm a person that loves to take pictures and would post but my face is horrible. Had to make up on if I know that I'm going to take pictures.. wish I would have left my face alone. Just wanted to pamper myself and get a facial treatment. I haven't heard anything from her since I texted that I wasn't approved for a certain amount, so that I could receive another treatment that she said was better. I also told her I better just hold out anyway because we're doing too much to my face. Haven't heard from her since. When you take all filters off your phone ,you can see everything and my face is worse. Disappointed. Oh well, it will get better. Trust God!

Courtney is amazing. Groupon was offering an extra dollar off, so I used it as an opportunity to try out the Medi Spa since Courtney had great reviews. I am delighted that Courtney turned out to be a gem. She has excellent customer service skills, a passion for her industry, and is current on the latest beauty and science trends, and you combine that with results. Wow! Over the years, I have been a client of many clinics and spas in the DMV, but I have found my person (☺️). I highly recommend the Media Spa at Caraway.

I am having laser hair removal treatments at the Medi Spa at Caraway. Courtney provides this service and she provides the absolute best customer service. She is very knowledgeable, professional and has a delightful personality. Courtney is patient and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions. The atmosphere there is calm, warm and inviting. The treatment works and I highly recommend this medi spa.

Courtney is the only person I trust with my skin. During my consultation I discussed my goals which is to wear less/no makeup and Courtney devised a treatment plan and skincare regimen. I like the products that were offered, I use the enzyme cleanser and the moisturizer daily. I’m also a fan of the medicated body wash, I break out on my back and the body wash is incredibly for eliminating my “bacne”. I did a peel during the summer and just signed up for a package of aerolase laser treatments.

Every time I visit Medi Spa at Caraway it’s always a pleasant visit. Courtney is not only a great aesthetician, but you learn so much about your skin from her. I’ve been a client for nearly 2 years now and my skin always looks radiant after my facials. She gives you thorough instructions, products and is always willing to avail herself for further questions. Courtney us a real example of total customer service.
