Ron is thorough and knowledgeable. He is always on time. HE approaches each inspection methodically. As a realtor I know my client's investment in their future home will be as low risk as it can be. Just as important, he does not do drama - he delivers both good and bad news calmly and puts it in perspective. I have worked with inspectors who seem to dramatize their findings to impress the client. Ron never does that. Ron was so great to work with. He was called on a Monday, completed the inspection on Wednesday, and then had the report to us by Thursday. He was extremely thorough and his report also reflected that. I highly recommend using SpecWorx for any home inspection!
