Great place for grooming!! They take good care of my dogs everytime. Meghan even comes out to get my pups since I have an infant, makes things so convenient. They give them festive handkerchiefs each time!!

Hello, I’ve been bringing our dogs to your location for about 7 or 8 years now and since the pandemic customer service there has gotten horrible! No one answers the phone during business hours, no one calls back and IF they do it is weeks later, we no longer get appointment reminder calls even though we now have to book several months out and it is nearly impossible to keep ip with an appointment booked that far out wothout some sort of a reminder. They are no longer offering boarding even though it is still listed on the website. The front desk staff are not friendly like before and overall it is just a mess. It is unfortunate because I loved bringing my dogs to Stacy but this is overwhelmingly frustrating at this point and the family-like customer service here is no longer in place. In these times when charging more for services they should should be able to afford to pay quality staff to keep up with or even enhance the things that were already in place previously . I am so sad that the business has gone so far downhill I’ve been waiting months for this appointment!!

The best groomers I have ever been to. They give so much love and attention to everyone's fur babies. And not to mention they are really reasonable!

We were long term customers of Sean's but our recent experiences there have been poor to include our dog being hurt during grooming and the staff being rude and unprofessional during drop off and pickup. Our dog who hasn't had trouble at other groomers is now too anxious to go into Sean's for a grooming due to his last grooming which left him with a very bad cut and afraid to go back inside.

I have used this place for a number of years for several different dogs. My stepfather brought his black Russian terrier in here to be groomed before he passed away, and Sean always did an excellent job. I bring my fussy little dog Ella in for both grooming and boarding, and I would not consider going anywhere else. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, the place is always very clean , and I love the fact they have the cameras so I can see Ella at night when I am out of town.
