I took my teenage daughter to Radiance to have laser hair removal done, and I am so pleased with both the quality of the treatments and the service we received. Candace iis the best, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She knows her stuff and walked us through every step before we started the treatments. We love Radiamce and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

If I could go lower than 1 I would. This business is one of the most poorly run businesses I’ve ever interacted with. They have an online appointment option and you can reserve a time and a provider. But every time I’ve used it I get a call that that time isn’t really available and that they are actually open on some odd days with odd hours. Today I went to an appointment in which I had scheduled online and called to confirm. They also sent two confirmations by email. Upon arrival there was no one there, the door was locked and there wasn’t even a sign on the door with their name. I immediately called my credit card to block them. I drove 30 min to their new location. That’s the final straw. I will not only never return but will spread the word far and wide how bad they actually are. So sorry because their providers are kind and professional. They need to find different employers.

I rarely give two stars, but this is deserving. I went for a vitamin C peel and was told that I’d peel for a couple of days! Well, as I left the spa, within minutes, a cut broke out on my forehead. Instead of a peel, my face has two significant cuts, one deep, and I’m sure it will turn into a scar!!! In addition, I have about five minor cuts that I’m not worried about. My skin has been flawless all my life, and now this scar on my forehead will change my look forever! I called several times to determine how to minimize scarring, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full! So much for customer satisfaction.

As I was about to get married, I was looking for a place to have some facials. A friend recommended Radiance Medspa and I booked an appointment online.
Getting there was very easy, it's right in front of the north exit on the DuPont circle metro station. I live close by, so taking the red line was very convenient.
When I got there, they asked me to fill some forms. That made me feel more secure, I noticed they're a serious business that care about the patient and the best treatments.
They put me on this machine that revealed all the issues about my face skin. I got really impressed to find out my face has been so damaged by the sun and I didn't even know! So after that, I had what try call "complexion blending".
First they do this exfoliation with sucction, the silk peel and then the laser.
I could really see the difference as I walked out of there and it really lasted.
I highly recommend the place. The staff was very kind, professional and attentive. I will definitely go back.

I got great service at thier new office located at 650 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington DC 20003. I did Botox and the clinician was highly skilled. I will definitely go back
