Santiago, helped ease my mind. He was extremely detailed, patient, and profession! No rushed jobs here! He takes time to educate the customer on the homes current condition and on preventative maintenance for the future. We had a general inspection, sewer scope, termite inspection, radon and many other areas of the home inspected. In general, Pro-Spex was very easy to work with. Rikki scheduled us with no problem and worked out schedule changes without complaints. I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel heard and valued.

Huge thanks to Robert and Santiago of Pro Spex! Robert performed my home inspection and Santiago performed the sewer scope. I couldn't be more satisfied! They were both highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable having them them in my home!
Robert took his time in inspecting every single aspect of the home and explained everything in plain language. Of particular concern was the drainage system for the home and the installed sump pump. Robert was able to show me how he verified that the sump pump was working, and he highlighted a minor grading issue in the yard. He also brought a few plumbing issues to my attention. I'm incredibly grateful for his attention to detail.
Santiago was equally thorough! He explained the purpose of a sewer scope, what visible signs of issues he would be looking for, and recommendations for monitoring for cast iron pipes.
I would absolutely use this company again without hesitation!

Pro Spex is a amazing company. Had the pleasure of meeting one of there inspectors Robert at my recent home inspection. Robert was on time and even early. He was very informative and very professional with the inspection. Robert was able to catch everything that needed work in the house and explained to me as a first time home buyer about how to fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending Pro Spex to anyone that needs a home inspection and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The inspector was extremely thorough, and provided me a wealth of information on not only the state of the house but how to properly maintain it in the future. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a detailed analysis of a home before you close on it.
Scheduling was also easy, and Pro Spex was very flexible for any changes to scheduling leading up to the appointment. The quality of service couldn't be better.
