I was very happy with the services this company provided for me. They had limited time to get things cleaned and they did a great job! What I liked most about this company was the convenience of being able to do a partial deep clean because of budget and time restraints. They accommodated me with focus on certain areas and did an amazing job! The cleaning crew was on time, very professional and consistently worked nonstop to get things done. I will definitely schedule them again.

Overall the service was good. The price for a deep clean was somewhat high, presumably because they had 3 people cleaning. We made a couple of requests before they started (e.g., which side of the house we preferred they start on) and they nodded in agreement. They proceeded to do the exact opposite of what we asked. This led to a slow down in work for all of us. Of course we don't blame them for the language barrier, but just wish we could trust them to ask for clarification when needed. This kind of thing makes it unnecessarily difficult to have in home services while working from home and managing anxious pets. Wish they were open on weekends so we could just get out of the house and let them do their thing!

Overall, Nordland cleaning was amazing! This was the first time I've ever had my house deep cleaned and they did an amazing job! Deisy and her crew arrived on time and did a walk through before they got started. She went over all the services that they would perform and about what time they would be done. It took about 6 hours to go through my 4 bedroom home and they were working hard the entire time. I am planning on using their services for upkeep cleaning once a month or once every two weeks (still deciding on the frequency). I would recommend their services to anybody!

I’ve used Nordland cleaning 3 times now. The first a deep clean, and the other two times as a bi-weekly cleaning/upkeep.
These ladies are both friendly and amazing!! I have 4 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Every inch of my house (e.g., baseboards, hardwood floors, carpeted floors, counter tops, under picture frames, etc) have been well cleaned each time.
Well worth the money, as they do a great job each time, and pay their staff well. I plan to keep using their services.
