Great place for your dental cleaning and other needs. All the staff is friendly and professional. Office is clean and very welcoming. The hygienist is great and takes her time with the cleaning without making it painful. The dental doctor is great as well and takes his time with you.

I was a patient for over a decade before this Dentist took over the practice. I never had any problems or any complications after I receive work. Until After (Patel) worked on my teeth (February 2024) I had some tooth sensitivity and came back to him to reevaluate see the cause of my sensitivity/pain, the way him and staff treated me was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and hurtful. It felt like they were upset that I had a complication, thee audacity. I would not recommend this office and I would never return. Before I left the confrontational visit I asked for my medical records and was ready to pay any fees I needed to pay for the medical records and they keep playing games telling me they couldn't access them at that time but they made sure to give me a $50 co pay bill, shameless. I feel this dental practice is money hungry and not trustworthy. Not giving me my medical records upon request is unlawful because they could add or remove anything in my records.This is a total violation of HIPAA laws and patient rights. Also check out the Yelp reviews of this practice with patients experience similar to mine.

Very professional and friendly office. The Administrative Team is amazing. Dr. Patel is personable and professional. Dr. Patel's wants to make sure his patients are on the right treatment to healthy teeth.

They are always friendly at Melwood and honestly Dr. Patel is amazing! He's quick if there's any pain and tells you every step he's making and makes it quick so by the time you prepare for it.....hes done! Hes very nice and listens to your concerns....the office was designed with the patient in mind. You can watch TV while he is in your mouth because they are mounted to the ceiling......the staff is just as amazing as doc! They are always friendly and do their very best to keep you updated with apps and your bill. I would highly recommend them and I can be critical sometimes but these guys are awesome and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
