Three days in with La fitness with a free trial pass, and let me tell you, I am not disappointed, highly impressed with the place's excellent equipment and accommodating staff members. Other than that, I wanted to thank Kevin Ortiz for making my experience here more fun; as my tour guide, he was very helpful, friendly and funny, and straightforward. He made me feel welcome, and honestly, you don't get that much in many gyms. I highly recommend you come here to speak with him; he is fantastic at what he does for his customers! I'm Considering a membership here because of Kevin! Keep doing great work!

I dont recomend this gym, unless they get a better equipment and better restrooms! 30% of the equipment either broken or lost. They’re “Schedule for service” for like 2-4 months and no repairs.

I tried to cancel my membership and the front desk worker told me that the person who is responsible for that is only here 9-5. I explained that I work full time and can't come in during these hours so he told me that was okay and he would take down my information and forward it to the person to cancel it. I recently was charged for another month of membership and this gym and corporate were not helpful at all. I was told I should be familiar with the cancellation procedures and should have known that my membership cannot be cancelled unless I am there between 9-5 and they refuse to refund me. Very disappointed.

I occasionally visit PG facility because is closer to my wife job and it’s a quick drive to my job. On 02/13/23, I stop by after dropping my wife and get an hour exercise before going to work. My experience in terms of cleanliness was horrendous. For instance, after finishing my exercise I went to use the bathroom and I couldn’t believe that all 3or 4 of the stalls have maintenance issues and were completely dirty. The handicap stall toilet seat was completely loose, the lock in the first stall is broken and dirty, it was disgusting.
Let’s talk about the shower stalls, dispensers are broken no soap in several of them. The ceilings as mildew over the shower, dusty vents, shower handle broken and worst the showers don’t look like is been clean for a while. I’m not coming to this facility ever again.

The good: Good location. They have a sauna and steam room. Staff is okay. They have a pool. A lot of cardio equipment
They have had at least 3 (if not 4 or 5) of the pulley's not working, at all times, for about a year now. 3 of the pulley's have been torn out. The other two just got carabeaners in the last week. "Equipment hasn't come in", "tech hasn't come to service it", management has even blamed it on the custodian. This is also the only LA fitness in the area that has one of these stations, other smaller gyms have two or three. They have a whopping 3 attachments left over, and there are 4 pulleys out of order rn
They also don't have enough bars for the benches and squat racks so you have to wait 10-15 for people to finish their sets.
Just a shame because this gym used to be nice, employees used to care about it
