    Holy Spirit is the BEST!!! We have been using the company for maintenance and repairs for years and each time Mr. Alonzo has the best customer service and professionalism.. He is very honest and explains everything that needs to be done, what is covered by your home warranty (if you have one) and what isn't. Regardless, with or without a home warranty I highly recommend this company. Thank You Mr. Alonzo

    As much as I would like this to be a positive review, there is absolutely no way I can sit here and do that. This company from the start has been very unprofessional and has shown no empathy throughout our ordeal with our air conditioning unit not running properly. Their service tech that came out appeared as if he didn’t want to do the work that was needed and then didn’t have the necessary equipment to do the testing of our unit after being told what the issue was. He wanted to collect a service fee without even calling our home warranty company to let them know what was going on. I had to call them myself to explain to them what was happening and then reached out to manager at Holy Spirit and complained about the unprofessional behavior by this technician. My home warranty company even had a horrible time reaching them and getting the additional information needed in order to complete the necessary work on our unit that was never completed. The home warranty company decided to settle with us because of this inconvenience. The young lady who answers the phone at this company was not helpful at all and wasn’t being forthcoming with information and then just completely stopped communicating and returning our phone calls. I have remained professional as well as a customer should after going through this experience and if the rating scale could have a negative zero (-0), this is what I would rate this company. I am disappointed that I have to give them this one lowly star rating just to create this post to review them. This by far is one of the worst companies that you can reach out to and use and unless you want to experience the nightmare as I have, please select another reputable, professional and courteous company, you will be glad you did.

    I was contracted to them through my home warranty company and my appointment was set up promptly the morning after the night I initially requested service (which was a holiday). At first I was a little apprehensive, but I let him in and got my husband on the phone with him and once they had an understanding on what needed to be done he got to work immediately. He did not waste time figuring out what the issue was. My only gripe was that it took almost a 5 days to receive the part from the carrier company. So it was not necessarily their fault that it took almost a week to actually install the part into my furnace. Luckily I had a fireplace and a few space heaters so my house was adequately warm. When he arrived to install the part, he wasted no time and got right to business and within 30 minutes the part was installed and my furnace was properly functioning again. I will say at first I doubted his competency, but I figured since my insurance company was paying for it and they would get it fixed either way that I would let him finish the job. In the end, I am glad that I did business with them. No complaints other than he tried to walk on my white carpet with his boots on. 😬

    My name is Eva Garland, and if I could give them a zero it would be that. This company by far is the worst black owned business implying to be Christian base. From the person in the office to their technician if their voice tone they use speaking to Jesus the way they do clients He wouldn't do business with them. Once, one of their technician came out on a service call to my home I had to get my husband on the phone with him . I was afraid of him because he acted as if he was going to fight me. We had asked 1st American Home Buyer's Protection to never send them to service us again and why, but they scheduled them again anyway. I was given a time frame on today 10/24/2018 between 8am to noon. They didn't show. I called 1st American and was told they cancelled the work order themselves. I would assume it was because I asked the rude lady in the office that if she would be sending out that same confrontational technician it would be an issue if he came here the like he had done once before. The lady you actually get to speak with is rude and obnoxious as well ...must be a family business Her voice recording is nice, but talking to her one on one is definitely a major difference. She act like she is doing you a favor by answering your call as if you are a bother to her. This company is totally unprofessional all the way around. I would NOT recommend them as a company to do business with speaking solely from my experience with them. I can't believe the attitude of this company with the company having the name that they have.

    Our technician was a little late coming to the house, but after seeing him work, I get it (And I believe he tried to call, but we were outside). He was thorough and worked hard to get our system up and running. We were his last call of the day, and a lot of folks would try to rush through. He didn't, and he took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. I really appreciate these folks, and will definitely seek them out in the future.
