My issue was not resolved because your system is not correct I've already sent all the proofing but yet I still don't have my insurance and I'm out $685 something dollars y'all keep telling me I didn't make a payment and every time I go to my bank statement it show the payment is made in one month y'all took out $277 and $683 277 on the 1st and then 863 on the 12th and my policies canceled and y'all have my money

I would have given you a higher score but after I was told the policy cost I provided my credit card to pay for the 6 month policy. After that the agent then looked through my driving record he said there were some issues and that now the policy was going to cost almost $300 more. So I paid it but I’m getting a copy of my driving record to dispute the issues and then I’m going to look for another insurance company. Thank you

Bas customer experience they canceled my insurance for non payment when they had already received their payment are penalized me by saying I have pay a month in advance
