Decent company. The maids do great work and are very polite. I book the monthly service and with that usually 1-2 people come to clean the house within a few hours. However, the reason for the 3 star rating is that they seem to increase prices every few weeks (typically by $5-10). I ignored it at first, but this last increase was $20.
I understand we are in a different market now, but the price adjustments every time I go to make a re-occurring booking is getting to be a bit annoying. It’s always a “surprise” how much the monthly booking will cost when I go to schedule the next cleaning visit.
So, while the pricing is reasonable compared to other cleaning companies, I think it would be better business etiquette to re-evaluate expenses, adjust the price appropriately, and keep the set price for a while vs. every 3-6 weeks.
Will likely cancel the re-occurring booking and look for a new maid service with more consistent pricing.

Emely’s Cleaning Service was recommended to me by a neighbor in my condo building. They always do a great job cleaning my condo. They are efficient and the quality of the cleaning is great. Booking and payment is extremely easy and 100% online. They are also very flexible with last minute schedule changes which I really appreciate. 100% recommend using Emely’s!

We had Yessenia come to deep clean our apartment and she did an amazing job! It smelled and looked wonderful. Our floors and floorboards were spotless. We love it!
