Denison Landscaping was amazing to work with. They completed sod and irrigation install on our new construction home just under an acre. Caleb and his team were very professional, easy to work with and were educated in their field. We have plans for future landscaping design/an addition of a pool and their expertise on irrigation placement to accommodate those future changes were extremely helpful and allowed us to have some cost savings. The job was completed in 2 days. One day for irrigation and the second day for sod install. The team that laid the sod was a well oiled machine. They arrived on time and completed the job in record time. We are very satisfied with the work done by Denison and plan to use their services again in the spring for landscaping design.

Don't waste your time, it will be a waste of money. Our entire community has to be re-sodded. It looks terrible and has since it was installed. Denison watered it once, oversaturated the sod on installation and then they're done; they're gone. Denison should ensure that the landscaping is watered or at least the sprinkler system is on. There is no quality assurance. Who is going to have to pay to have this redone? Homeowners! The 3rd photo (closeup) is from the most recent installation in our neighborhood about 2 weeks ago. The sod, since it was not watered now has between 2-4" gaps... it looks terrible! The sod or weeds is two different areas that need to have the sod redone.
Maybe they should google proper care for sod? I did! "New sod installed over sandy loam will need to be watered at least seven times daily. Each watering should only consist of enough water to wet the roots. New sod is not able to soak up much water at once, and too much water will cause root rot. You never want soggy soil under your new sod."

I called Denison first in 2012 to help build an oasis of blooming flowers around the pool for my mother who was confined to her home suffering terminal cancer. They took my vision and made my mom a flowering paradise she visited everyday happily until she passed. Every year since I call on Denison to do the yard clean up and plant annuals where needed and do my pots. I have the prettiest front and backyard. I now too love to come outside and enjoy what others call a resort. They planned the flowering in a way that once something blooms and dies a new flowering plant is blooming. It is always beautiful. I have so many butterflies around my back yard that I know are my mother revisiting her flowers to this day. I so appreciate their love and attention they have give to me over the last 9 years. Every year Denison comes out refresh my yard to such beauty. I took a recent pic of the current flowering. Thank you Denison for all the smiles you have given our family every year.

10/10 customer experience and result with the crew in Morgantown.
I reached out to Denison for a patio and had an excellent experience. Greg was there for me every step of the way, from understanding what I was looking for, to sorting out the paperwork, getting information for my HOA, and scheduling the install. He & the crew let me know exactly what to expect at all times, and it worked out great!
The guys were all professional around the house and kept things neat.
I will be using Denison again for my next home project!

They put the trees down at our community, but the trees weren't properly arranged with uneven spacing. We asked if they could arrange some tree orders to make the row more aesthetically balanced and even. However, the workers were very uncooperative and rude, and refused to do so. These workers are really sloppy.
