I had an emergency with a friend’s dog and they where able to see him
Within the hour that I called. They immediately assessed him and treated him. The staff was kind and professional. The veterinarian even came out to explain the procedure and what healing was going to look like. All in all, I was very satisfied with the customer service and how they took care of Leon.

The staff is always very friendly and the doctors always take the time to provide a detailed analysis of how your dog is doing and ways to continue to support.

They are a bit pricey but have provided good service to us for the past 2.5 years. They answer all of my quetions both in person and over the phone and I appreciate that. My dog likes the staff.

Very unsatisfied by how my cat was treated and how I was treated , the communication is terrible , and because of the terrible communicate from this vet clinic and the pharmacy my cat’s medicine came a week later. I felt very rushed and not cared for as my cat Lola was very ill and I was scared and devastated not knowing what to do. The only good thing was the diagnosis that’s it , but even then I had to call multiple times to get the results , and the pharmacy and I had to call multiple times to receive the correct medication. If you have a sick animal I advise you to take them somewhere where they will be cared for !!

I took my kitty there. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. The room and lobby were very clean. The tech. Ashley was great, and the doctor was very helpful. They explained everything to me and kept me advised of the price of the services we needed.
