My credit card was charged when I booked the service, but no one showed up or responded to communications. I can't really review the quality of their actual cleaning service, but sadly this customer service left something to be desired.

I had a great experience with Cleaning House! I booked a standard clean and the two cleaners who came (Tyrone and I didn't catch the other person's name) did any amazing job!! Especially in the bathroom. My fixtures were gleaming and my floors were spotless. I'll definitely be booking with Cleaning House again.

I requested CHM's services late Tuesday evening and they were able to come service my father's home on Thursday afternoon. It was imperative to have the home cleaned before he returned from the hospital. As soon as he walked in the door, he said, "Wow, it smells and looks clean." He has been raving about the services, professionalism and cleanliness of the home days now. I am truly appreciative of the quality of work, ease of setting up an appointment and the affordable rates Cleaning House Maids has to offer. I would recommend them to anyone in their service areas, and plan to use them for my own home. A huge thank you to the amazing staff! Given the current pandemic, it feels good to have your mind at ease knowing your older loved ones are taken care of and in a healthy living environment.

I was a little nervous to hire a company with only one review. However, I am glad I did. Cleaning House has competitive prices, friendly and very considerate staff. Micheal accepted my request for a (Saturday) move-out cleaning at the last minute, and worked with my needs regarding arrival time. The crew members were very professional, thorough, and friendly. Excellent job; highly recommended.
