This was our first visit at Belair Veterinary Hospital and we were very pleased. We were concerned about finding the right place for our 5 month old puppy. We experienced great customer service from the setting up the appointment to coming in to check-in. The doctor we saw was excellent she took the time to answer all our questions she was patient and kind. The entire staff have amazing customer service skills. We drove over an hour to get here and it was worth the drive. We highly recommend this place we are so glad our friend referred us.

I am so grateful for Dr. Roller and the incredible support staff at Belair Vet. I needed an urgent appointment for my 13 year old diabetic cat to have an abscess checked out. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and Dr. Roller made sure my cat was able to get his tooth extraction that same week. I have also been seeing Dr. Roller for my cat's diabetes management and the staff is always prompt to let me know if she has an emergency delaying her for our phone consults. From the office manager, to the front desk, to the vet techs, every single employee I've encountered exudes professionalism in the most caring manner. I highly recommend this practice!

Really nice staff, and the facility is clean and neat. The technician who took us through the preliminaries with our cat was cheerful and attentive and very good handling an uneasy feline. Her approach calmed the kitty and us. The doctor came in promptly and examined the cat thoroughly, then explained that she need to take our kitty back to the treatment area to draw samples and give the necessary vaccinations. After a short while, the doctor returned with the cat, explained her thoughts about what might be going in and discussed treatment very clearly and carefully.
At every opportunity, she also explained alternatives for treatment, their associated costs and gave us the opportunity to decide what course to follow.
All in all I have to give Bel-Air and Dr Balinger high marks.

We moved from Bowie more than a year ago and still drive our two dogs 40 minutes to Bel-Air because of the care given to them. The vets techs are all super nice and understanding (our one dog gets major anxiety and barks pretty loudly at them when he is at the vet). But we especially appreciate the time, care, and concern demonstrated by Dr. True. She is amazing…knows our boys, tolerates the one dog’s anxiety, and always takes time out of her very busy schedule to go over issues, meds, or any questions we have. She is the best! Thanks Bel-Air and Dr. True!!

This has been my elderly dog's vet for the past year, and I have nothing to complain about. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind, courteous, patient, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my pup.
