Placed a call for service based on a foul odor coming from one of my bathroom faucets. B McCall technician called me back and said a sulfur smell coming out my faucet is natural and nothing they can do about it...or pay them $400 to come out and change a mixing valve in my water heater. If you need someone to tell you your plumbing issue is "natural" call B McCall Plumbing. They wouldn't even come out to assess the issue. Enjoy your experience with them.

We had a leak in our main water line. It was very difficult to locate. I used an underground utility locator service who located the leak and referred me to Brian McCall. Mr McCall responded very quickly, came to the house, gave me an estimate and was able to schedule the work promptly. The work was done and the cost came in under the original estimate. I had been.”ghosted by 2 other companies and charged an outrageous fee by one just to confirm that there was a leak. I am very grateful that I was referred to Mr McCall who was very prompt, professional, courteous and his workers did a fine job.

We were upgrading our bathroom and having trouble getting the tub set. On Jun 21st Ray said he could be by later that evening. He arrived around 1630, looked it over and said he would have to come back, on the 24th I finally heard back from him and he told me he wanted a copper waste and overflow pipe. On the 25th he came back around 10am with a coworker and they were able to set the tub, but they used the plastic schedule 40 pipe that I had the whole time and charged me for the copper pipe. He then pointed out that the new tub was taller than the old tub and told me the pipes would have to be moved. He said he needed a new valve and couldn't find the trim... I showed him where the trim was available... got him to come back on the 28th of Jun... I didn't need a new valve afterall and all he did was shorten the pipe for the down spout... charged me more... didn't yest it for leaks and left... that night we turned it on and it leaked all over. After informing him that his work leaked, he said he would come back on Fri Jul 2nd and was a no show.. then said he would be there Sat Jul 3rd... again no show no msg didn't answer the phone all day... then when I got ahold of him he said his family came for the weekend and he would be there Monday 5 Jul... again... no show... I took time off work... kept my pregnant wife in a hotel for 2 weeks waiting on this man to help get my tub/shower operational and not only paid this man I gave him extra and this is how he treated me... very unprofessional, very unreliable, poor communication and he did an aweful job ... I would not recommend him to any one ever! I ultimately told him to forget about it, bought a torch, gloves, soldier, etc and fixed his work myself. I would post a video if I could. Save time and money and go with someone else!

I just had the company install a water heater for me and these guys were excellent! They got me scheduled quickly and we now have hot water again! Fair prices and greatly appreciate the professionalism!
